We formulate Eau de Nuit with the highest level of scientific rigour and believe deeply in the efficacy of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

As our products are applied to the skin, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened or partially used, except in the case of a genuine product fault or adverse reaction.

Adverse Reactions

While our formulations are extensively tested for tolerability, we understand that every skin is unique. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please discontinue use and contact us immediately. We will work with you personally to find a resolution — this may include a full refund or exchange, at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us via our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
